Haïti, revivre après le séisme
Le 14 aout 2021, un séisme de magnitude 7,2 a frappé le sud d'Haïti, causant des dégats humains et matériels considérables.
Un mois après le séisme, de nombreuses villes et zones rurales sont encore dévastées partiellement.
L'état, plus que jamais fragilisé après l'assassinat du président il y a deux mois est absent du tableau et l'aide humanitaire internationale fait défaut dans de nombreux endroits, laissant les haitiens à leur propre sort.
Haiti, living again after the earthquake
On August 14, 2021, a magnitude 7.2 earthquake struck southern Haiti, causing extensive human and material damage.
One month after the earthquake, many cities and rural areas are still partially devastated.
The state, more than ever weakened after the assassination of the president two months ago, is absent from the picture and international humanitarian aid is lacking in many places, leaving Haitians to their own fate.
